We ship via Australia Post.

A tracking number will be sent in a separate email once your order has been processed.

Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed before it's shipped.

All Auspost parcels are sent from our Futurist Beauty HQ in Sydney, so this might give you a good idea of how long a parcel will take to arrive at its destination.

Sydney deliveries

Parcels sent to Sydney metro generally arrive either the same day or most likely, the next business day.

Nearby cities

Parcels travelling to nearby cities (for example, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane) typically arrive in 4-6 business days.

Rural /WA/NT deliveries

Because the parcel is travelling in a car, remote destinations can take a little longer to get to.
