HOW TO USE

Use after foundation and powder. To apply blusher, dip the tip of the angled blusher brush into your powder blush and then apply to the apples of your cheeks, blending up and out towards your hair line. 

PRO TIP

This brush is also great to use for contouring on the cheeks, forehead and jawline.
