The e.l.f. Holy Hydration! Eye Cream smoothes, brightens and hydrates the under eye area. It's formulated with hyaluronic acid and peptides which makes it perfect day or night, also a perfect eye cream to wear under make up. 

HOW TO USE

Apply this eye cream morning and night after cleansing. Using your ring finger, gently apply a small amount by tapping and smoothing around the eye area.
