HOW TO USE

Using the spatula, scoop out a small amount of the Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm. Massage the balm onto dry skin over your makeup in small circles. Dampen your fingers with water and keep massaging, to emulsify the balm into a milk that lifts away makeup. Rinse off gently with warm water using a face cloth or fingers.
